Return Process

  Log into your account dashboard and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our fulfillment center inspects your return, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
